Those needing a little help with affordable housing will have a chance to apply for two apartment complexes in Miami Beach through the end of this week.
The city will begin accepting applications starting Monday morning for the complexes – located off Meridian Avenue and Crespi Boulevard – through 11:59 p.m. on Friday night for the studio apartments.
Once the applications are in, the city will randomly select 1,000 people at a public event on Wednesday, July 10th inside of the city commission chambers. The names selected will be posted on the city’s website starting July 12th.
Those applying for an apartment must be able to pay the annual rent amount of $8,868.
