Miami Beach Pop Festival Postponed Due to ‘Unforeseen Circumstances'

Performers like Chance the Rapper, Jack Johnson, Daddy Yankee and Kygo were originally scheduled to headline the event.

Miami Beach Pop Festival has been postponed after nearly three years of planning, according to a statement on the event's website.

In the statement, organizers announced that "unforeseen circumstances" have forced them to reschedule the festival for another date.

The statement goes on to say that ticketholders who purchased through the official Miami Beach Pop Festival website can expect to have a refund within the next seven business days.

Performers like Chance the Rapper, Jack Johnson, Daddy Yankee and Kygo were originally scheduled to headline the event. Now, organizers say that lineup will change since some performers may not be able to appear at the rescheduled date.

The festival was originally scheduled for the weekend of of November 8th. No word yet on when the new dates will be announced.
