A Miami man accused of killing his father was taken into custody after a woman found him laying in her bed watching TV, police said.

George Louis Sosa, 31, was arrested Saturday on charges including second-degree murder and burglary, according to an arrest report.

According to the report, officers responding to a burglary call found the victim's body in an apartment in the 700 block of Southwest 3rd Street. The medical examiner said the victim suffered multiple injuries to his neck and throat area, the report said.

"It says he had an altercation with his father and applied pressure to his throat area," Judge Mindy Glazer said during a bond court hearing Monday, while reading the arrest form. "I guess he strangled him."

A witness said while he was outside he could hear the victim yelling from his apartment "help me, help me" in Spanish, the report said.

After the killing, a woman who lives in the same building returned to her room and found Sosa in her bed, the report said.

"Who are you? What are you doing in my bed?" she asked. "I'm watching TV," he replied, according to the report.

The woman ran down to the first floor and called police, the report said.

"This is like, what's that book? 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears,'" Glazer said.

Sosa was ordered held without bond. He was also appointed a public defender.
