Guests at SeaWorld Orlando got to witness a touching reunion between a military mother and her son.
Tech. Sgt. Aixa Rodriguez, who just returned from service overseas, surprised her son right before his favorite show over the weekend.
More than 5,000 guests at the Shamu show cheered and clapped as the two reunited.
According to the family, Aiden Rodriguez, 6, always urges his family to stand up to honor his mother during the "Hero's Salute" pre-show, a segment that recognizes men and women who serve in the armed forces.
It was during the salute that Tech. Sgt. Rodriguez came out to surprise her family.
