Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing endangered adult.
Phenerde Ulysse, 24, was last seen at 10285 NW 31st Court in Sunrise. He was seen walking eastbound from his location via the home’s security camera.
Phenerde suffers from an intellectual disability and bipolar disorder.He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark shorts. Phenerde is 5’11” and 180 pounds.
