At least nine people were hospitalized following a four-car crash in North Miami Beach Thursday afternoon, officials said.
The crash happened on Biscayne Boulevard near Northeast 163rd Street.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said two victims were trauma alerts and the other seven patients were taken by ground to local hospitals.
North Miami Beach Police said officers responded and are investigating the cause of the crash.
