New video was shown to jurors Wednesday in the trial of a podiatrist accused of forcing his babysitter to touch his private parts.
"I don't look good no matter what, okay, and I am not here to look good but I don't look good no matter what," said Dr. Augustine Bollo during a taped conservation.
Dr. Bollo was being secretly taped by investigators and is standing trial on an accusation that he forced his babysitter to touch his crotch.
The following conversation was between Bollo, his wife and the babysitter's mother.
Mother: "Her feeling was you took her hand and put it where it didn't belong."
Bollo: "No. I went like this and then, first time, it happened twice. First time was incidental I believe because ----- was on my lap, she was trying to tickle him."
The 19-year-old babysitter, 15 at the time of the alleged crime, testified Bollo inappropriately forced her hand while they were on a couch, a cover over their laps, inside his Weston home in 2012.

The controlled conversation was an effort by investigators to get Bollo to admit to the incident.
"Every single time that August Bollo was asked a question about a specific incident, he denied it emphatically," said David Bogenschutz, Bollo's attorney.
Bollo's defense is that the babysitter reached his way to tickle Bollo's son and incidentally touched him and the alleged crime never happened.
A portion of the taped conversation included the babysitter on the phone and Bollo addressing her directly: "Unfortunately, I have some questions too. But I really don't want to go into details. The bottom line is I am the adult and I just want to apologize for the whole situation, sincerely."
Dr. Bollo faces one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. He is expected to testify in his own defense. If convicted, the maximum penalty is 15 years in prison.
