Police are looking for two male subjects who opened fire on officers Tuesday night in Miami Gardens.
Miami-Dade police detectives were attempting a traffic stop of a white Toyota Corolla that was carjacked from a woman in Opa-locka earlier in the day, officials said.
The two people in the car shot at the officers and ran away in the area of Northwest 152nd Street and 18th Avenue. No one was injured in the shooting.
Police set up a perimeter but were unable to find the suspects.
The subjects were described as black males, wearing dark clothing and are armed with unknown firearms, police said.
