2 Million Have Obamacare “Discrepancies”

About 1 in 4 Obamacare enrollees have data discrepancies, or what officials have termed "inconsistencies," a factor that could result in loss of coverage for some who got too generous a subsidy, NBC News reported. In most instances officials need enrollees to provide updated information, said a communications coordinator for the healthcare rollout. Of the 2 million people affected, the majority of cases involved discrepancies related to income, immigration status or citizenship status. Several congressional committees are investigating the discrepancies and the Obama administration expects the issue to be mostly resolved by summer's end.
