A suspect in a shootout in New Orleans' French Quarter last Sunday, which left one person dead and nine others injured, was arrested Friday, police said. Trung T. Le, also known as “Joe,” allegedly fired the first shot in the shootout on Bourbon Street. New Orleans Police and U.S. Marshals arrested him early Friday in Mississippi. A 21-year-old woman was killed in the shooting.
