Army Wraps Up 2-Day Questioning of Bergdahl

The Army on Thursday wrapped up two days of questioning of former Taliban prisoner Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, in a probe into the circumstances of his 2009 disappearance in Afghanistan, NBC News reported. Bergdahl’s lawyer, Eugene R. Fidell, said his client answered every question. He described the atmosphere as casual and cordial. "He’s very anxious to have this over, and he is a grateful human being," Fidell said. "He’s a man who has had a near-death experience. But we’re not talking about an instantaneous near-death experience, we're talking about five years’ worth of near-death experience."
