J.Crew Honcho Sells Over the Asking Price in Brooklyn

As the president and creative director of J.Crew, Jenna Lyons is no stranger to sleek, chic, and everything fashionable, and her Brooklyn home was certainly no exception. Lyons and her soon-to-be ex-hubby Vincent Mazeau listed their sweet digs for $3.75 million in November 2011, and about one speedy month later, the home went into contract. What's even more impressive than the amazing job Lyons did with the styling of her former home is that the J.Crew exec fetched $4 million for the pad, which is $250,000 over the asking price, reports Curbed.
