A Mississippi tea party leader facing charges in connection with a scheme to take photos of Sen. Thad Cochran's ailing wife at a nursing home was found dead Friday in his garage with a gunshot wound, according to news station WLBT in Mississippi. Police are investigating Mark Mayfield's death as a suicide. Mayfield was one of three men accused of colluding with a blogger to post photos of Cochran's wife on the Internet.
