Soap opera fans look no further than Rowell's longtime estate, which certainly has a flare for the dramatic. Here's a view of the main living room that comes with dark hardwood floors, a fireplace, and walls of French doors that flank each side of the classy entertainment space.
The dining room, which possesses the same dramatic dark hues as the rest of the pad, boasts numerous doors that lead to the outdoors. Rowell has lived in the home since 1997, which is the same year she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy award (she was also nominated in 1996 and 1998).

At the time of her departure from The Young and the Restless in 2007, Rowell reportedly expressed anger about her character's departure and the backstage politics governing the hit soap opera. The head writer at the time was ordered by TV show honchos to kill off Rowell's character to prevent her character from moving to other soaps such as The Bold and the Beautiful.

The home features 3.5 glam baths over 4,300 square feet of interior living space.

The home boasts dazzling city and canyon views, most of which can be seen from the crib's numerous private terraces and balconies. While the pad is perched at a high vantage point in the Hollywood Hills, the estate itself sits on a relatively modest .30 acres.
