A diaper bank in Durham, North Carolina is short 13,000 diapers after thieves made off with the nonprofit's storage supply in the middle of the night, NBC affiliate WNCN reported. "They cleared us out," said Michelle Old, who founded the Diaper Bank of North Carolina, which distributes about 29,000 diapers a month to local nonprofits. The stolen diapers, which include the most popular baby sizes, are reportedly being sold on the street, according to Old.
