An American soldier was shot twice by German police after drunkenly rampaging through a hospital with a fire extinguisher following an Oktoberfest drinking binge, officials said, NBC News reported. The 28-year-old became unruly when he was transported to a hospital after sustaining a head wound at the world-famous beer festival. He allegedly ripped three fire extinguishers from a wall, threatened medical staff and visitors, and injured an 89-year-old man before police shot him twice in the legs.
