Itβs a hot start in South Florida as temperatures Saturday morning are kicking off the weekend in the mid and upper 70s.
Highs will be near record tying with the forecast of 96 degrees. On Friday, Miami reached 94 and Fort Lauderdale hit 95, so weβll be close Saturday as a weak front approaches the area.
An isolated shower is possible later in the day under the heat and humidity with the front sparking a stray shower, but most of the area should still remain rain-free.

Once the front passes, it remain hot and humid with highs rounding out the weekend in the low 90s.
The pattern with highs in the low 90s continues into next week with an isolated pop-up shower stuck in the forecast too.
