It's been a big real estate roller coaster for mega-producer Brian Grazer's Malibu beach house, which was originally listed for $19.5 million, chopped to $17.5 million, and most recently, listed again for $18.95 million. According to Curbed, Grazer, who won an Oscar for "A Beautiful Mind," has been trying to unload his swanky vacation home since May 2011. It's been a big real estate roller coaster for mega-producer Brian Grazer's Malibu beach house, which was originally listed for $19.5 million, chopped to $17.5 million, and most recently, listed again for $18.95 million. According to Curbed, Grazer, who won an Oscar for "A Beautiful Mind," has been trying to unload his swanky vacation home since May 2011. Despite a mansion that boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and separate buildings for the fitness center, indoor pool, and spa, the co-founder of Imagine Entertainment has had no luck selling his beachfront crib.
