    Key West Airport doesn't have snakes on a plane, but they are roaming the tarmac.

    A 10-foot-long snake was found in the grass near the edge of the commercial ramp at the airport Thursday, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office said.

    Authorities didn't say what kind of snake it was, but said it was turned over to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
