The robbery suspect who survived after his alleged accomplice was shot and killed by a Hollywood gas station clerk appeared in bond court Wednesday where he was charged with felony murder.
Joshua Stuart, 19, was ordered held without bond during his appearance before Broward Circuit Judge John Hurley.
In addition to the felony murder charge, Stuart faces charges of committing a felony that could cause death, armed burglary and two counts of accessory after the fact.

"I tell Leo just lock the door, behind this building is two guys with masks," Kuric said.

Hollywood Police said Stuart and 23-year-old Cory Miller attempted to rob the Exxon Gas Station at Southwest 51st Street and S. State Road 7 just before midnight Monday.
At least one of the men was armed, but so was the clerk. Stuart and Miller barged through the door shooting and Carr opened fire, killing Miller, police said. Stuart fled the scene but was caught a short time later just a few blocks away.
The video shows one robber taking aim at the homeless man, running after him, while Carr fires several shots.
The homeless man takes cover, and moments later the robber collapses in the doorway of the food mart, the footage shows.
Neither Carr nor Kuric were injured.
"What Leo did and what the homeless guy did is heroic," said the gas station's owner, Bhagwanath Ramnarine.
He said that Carr was just protecting himself.
"He's an excellent employee, he looks after the interest of the business and he do what he has to do," Ramnarine said.
Miller, of Dania Beach, had an extensive criminal history including arrests for burglary, robbery and theft, police said Wednesday.
