The University of Miami's Richter Library was evacuated Thursday morning due to a bomb threat, authorities said.

Police swept the building and no cause for concern was found, officials said. Normal campus operations were resuming.

Footage had shown officers on the campus with crime scene tape blocking access to the library.

No other details were immediately known.
