$5,000 Reward Offered in Broward Robbery Spree

Police are asking for the public's help in finding three suspects in an armed robbery spree in Broward County.

Masked, armed, and dangerous, police say two men have robbed at least five different businesses, including a Hollywood Metro PCS.

"[They] jumped over the counter, put me down on the floor and after that they just ravaged through all the registers and took what they needed," store manager Freddy Ramirez said.

Ramirez said he remained as calm as possible and the men were in and out within minutes with about $800 in cash.

"They just have to be caught before they hurt somebody," Ramirez said.

Less than a month later, police say the suspects hit up a Subway in Davie. This time an employee pulled the mask up on one of the suspects. Within two days, the suspects stormed into another Subway in Dania Beach. Authorities said starting with this robbery, one of the men began wearing a distinctive jacket.

"A red jacket that had the word 'London' written on the back. It's not a very common jacket," Hollywood Police spokesman Jaime Hernandez said.

The red jacket made an appearance at a different Metro PCS in Hallandale Beach. This time surveillance cameras captured the suspects driving off in a white Toyota Camry.

But the crime spree doesn't end there. The most recent robbery took place at a Hollywood 7-Eleven on February 28th and in this case, police are also looking for a third person of interest, a man seen cashing the stolen lottery tickets.

"They can strike at any time and the nature of the crimes, again, very violent," Hernandez said

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with info is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
