Ex-actor and television host turned certified nutrition and wellness guru Alejandro Chaban returns to the stands with a brand new book titled “Think Skinny Feel Fit: 7 Steps to Transform Your Emotional Weight and Have an Awesome Life.”
“Think Skinny Feel Fit” (Atria Books) is Chaban’s second publication, and in less than two weeks since its release on June 6, the book has already made it to the New York Times Best Sellers List.
Chaban took to his Instagram account to share with his followers the great news.

In "Think Skinny Feel Fit," Chaban shares the steps and techniques that were essential in his quest to control his mind and emotional eating habits that led him to lose more than 150 pounds and more importantly maintain his weight.
