A Hallandale Beach man has been arrested on child pornography charges after police say they found eight videos containing child porn on his home computer.
Kevin Clyde Timpy, 65, has been charged with eight counts of possession of child porn and one count of compiling porn involving a minor, according to online jail records.
Hallandale Beach Police said they found sufficient evidence to investigate Timpy's home at 2653 S. Parkview Drive. On Tuesday, investigators with Pembroke Pines Police, Hallandale Beach Police and the Broward Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at Timpy's home. Detectives found the computer that contained eight child pornography videos and arrested Timpy.
He was transported to the Broward County Main Jail, where he remains held on $81,000 bond. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
