A South Florida umpire is accused of having a foul relationship with a 14-year-old girl she met on the baseball diamond, Broward Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
Brigid Lesovsky, 25, is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation against a child after she allegedly fondled the young girl during a year-long inappropriate relationship.
Lesovsky is an umpire with the Cooper City Optimist Club and met the alleged victim at a softball game and the two became friends, BSO said.
About a month ago, the relationship turned sexual when Lesovsky fondled the girl, the teen claimed.
Lesovsky is still in Broward County jail and it's unclear if she has an attorney.
