Ghalib, a British paparazzi, has been ordered not to contact Britney directly or indirectly, and to stay at least 100 yards away from the star at all times.

Additionally, Judge Akiva K. Bobb prohibited Ghalib "from acting on Ms. Spears' behalf," or "assisting any other person to take action on Ms. Spears' behalf."

The restraining order, which expires March 17, 2012, also protects Jamie, Britney's mom Lynne Spears, and her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Ghalib was not present for the hearing on Wednesday.

He is currently out on $110K bail in a felony assault case.
