A group of Taravella High School students from Coral Springs are participating in the London New Year's Day Parade.
The school was one of the 16 American marching bands and 1,500 cheerleaders in London for the parade.
Leon High School students from Tallahassee were also participating in the New Year’s celebration.
The London New Year’s Day Parade started in January 1987, and the cheerleaders were added in 1989.
