Two small children have been taken to the hospital after they were the targets of a swarm of bees Monday afternoon.
The bee attack occurred at Greenbelt Park in Dania Beach.
Two adults were also stung by the bees, but did not need to be hospitalized.
it's unclear how many times the children were stung, but the situation was serious enough to require Fire Rescue to transport them to an area hospital for treatment and observation.
County maintenance crews have been called to evaluate the bee situation at the park.
