A Miami woman is sitting in jail after police said she had sex with a boy she was in charge of watching.
Stephanie Pensado, 24, was arrested for eight felony counts of sexual battery and appeared before a judge on Friday.
According to police, she was the babysitter for a teenage boy beginning in February. They said she and the victim had sex at her home eight times.
The arrest report stated Pensado knew it was illegal. Police said they both told them it was consensual.
