A diver was hospitalized after he was struck by a boat that fled the scene off Fort Lauderdale Wednesday.
The diver, a 23-year-old male, was in the Atlantic near Port Everglades when he was struck by the propellers of the 60-foot yacht, sources told NBC 6.
The boat fled the scene and the diver was taken to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was treated for lacerations to his body, according to fire officials.
