LeBron James and Ray Allen spent time together on Monday for charity.

The annual Ray Allen Golf Classic took place on Monday with the Heat enjoying an off day coming off their victory on Sunday. LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Roger Mason Jr. all showed up to support Allen.

The Ray Allen Golf Classic presented by Hublot benefits the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and JDRF, which is the leading organization that funds type 1 diabetes research. Allen's 6-year-old son Walker was diagnosed with diabetes when he was only 17 months old. Due to that, this is obviously a cause that is very near and dear to Allen and his family. To have his teammates there to support his charity drive, just further shows what a close-knit family the Heat currently have.

"People with type 1 diabetes, including my son, must carefully manage their blood glucose levels throughout each and every day, balancing insulin doses with daily activities," Allen said about Monday's event. "Managing this disease is a full-time role that affects the entire family. By supporting critical research, our goal is for all people to know a world without type 1 diabetes."

James uploaded a picture from the event featuring himself with Allen and Mason Jr. dressed in their best golf ensembles. The picture can be found on James' official Instagram account. James may have the tamest of the looks, with Allen going for a full-on neon approach that is reminiscentof the uniforms that were worn by NFL Pro Bowlers on Sunday.

The Miami Heat may rule the NBA but when it comes to relaxing off the court, nothing gets the guys to loosen up like singing karaoke. For the second straight year Shane Battier will be hosting Battioke, with his teammates taking the stage and singing.

This was just the first of two charity events on Monday for the Heat.  The team also took part in "Battioke," which is Shane Battier's karaoke event. For more info on that event, visit TakeChargeFoundation.org.
