Doyan Vassell was arrested and charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder in the case, with the 39-year-old being held on no bond after his first appearance before a judge Monday morning.
Fort Lauderdale Police say the shooting took place around 2 p.m. on Saturday at the station located at 880 West Sunrise Blvd., killing 46-year-old Gerald Gibson while another victim was transported to an area hospital.
