A Pembroke Pines man was stabbed at a Florida Keys bar on Sunday after a fight broke out.
Shane Arscott, 28, was at a bar called Hog Heaven in Islamorada just before midnight, saving a seat for a woman when a man sat down in it, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
The two men began to argue and Arscott said at one point he felt like someone had hit him in the back, deputies said. He realized shortly after that he had actually been stabbed, according to the MCSO.
A fried drove Arscott to Mariner's Hospital and he was later transported to Kendall Regional Medical Center in Homestead for treatment.
Detectives said they were investigating the incident. It is unclear if charges will be filed.
