A 54-year-old central Florida man is behind bars after allegedly impregnating a 13-year-old girl.
According to Hillsborough County Police, Felipe Hernandez forced the victim to have sex back in 2016 in.
As a result of the sexual battery, the victim became pregnant and gave birth to a baby girl in September 2017.
Officials performed DNA testing and proved that Diaz is the biological father of the child.
Hernandez was charged with sexual batter and child abuse.
