An elderly woman is seeking vengeance against a crook who ran away with donations she collected for her church.
Estella Thomas, 77, was sitting outside of a convenience store in Fort Lauderdale collecting money for her church when the unidentified man runs over and snatches the white container right from her hands.
Surveillance video captures the entire Aug. 12 crime and shows the man, a black male, about 5’10” tall, with a thin build, pacing in front of the store for a few minutes before making his move on the elderly woman.
Thomas called for help from customers and employees on the inside of the store, but the quick crook had already made off with the cash by the time people rushed outside.
