Police are searching for an armed robbery suspect responsible for making off with more than $500,000 worth of jewelry from a Hollywood jewelry store Sunday morning.
The robbery occurred at O-F Jewelers located at 3361 Sheridan Street in Hollywood.
According to police, the suspect was buzzed in by one of the employees. Once inside, he produced a firearm and forced two employees into the bathroom. One of the employees was pistol-whipped and suffered minor injuries.
Employees said the robber acted alone, but police may be looking for more than one suspect.
