Police are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Southwest Miami-Dade Tuesday morning.
Pinecrest Police responded to the scene off U.S. 1 near Datran Drive, between Kendall Drive and Southwest 104th Street.
Officials say a pedestrian was killed in the northbound lanes. The victim's name wasn't released.
Miami-Dade Police are investigating and say the driver remained on the scene and is cooperating.
