South Florida radio personality Lazaro Mendez, also known as DJ Laz, is returning to the radio airwaves.
DJ Laz announced Monday that he will be joining WFLC's Hits 97.3 beginning Aug. 25. He will be hosting the "DJ Laz Morning Show" with co-host Kimmy Bell.
“I’m excited to welcome DJ Laz back to morning radio in Miami,” said the station's Director of Branding and Programming, Jill Strada in a press release.
The South Florida radio star left popular radio station Power 96 in 2012 and later joined DJ 106.7, which he later left in 2013 when the radio station changed its format.
