Family members are now offering a $5,000 reward for information that helps them find a woman who went missing last week in North Miami.

Noemi Gonzalez, who suffers from seizures and cardiogenic syndrome, was last seen Feb. 12 at 2 a.m. in bed, police said.

The 54-year-old was wearing navy blue pants and a white shirt when she was last seen. She is 5'6" and weighs 160 pounds. Police said she has no known mental illness.

Family members said Gonzalez's son discovered her missing and found her bed unmade, which is unusual for her. She left her pocketbook and cell phone in the house and her front door unlocked, family members said.

Gonzalez requires daily medication, family members said.

"We've been praying for her and Noemi, please, if you are seeing this come home, we miss you, we need you to come back home please," sister Maria Castillo said.

Anyone with information is urged to call North Miami Police Det. G. Frederick at 305-891-0294 at ext. 23120.
