A 2-year-old boy who was possibly taken by his father during a custodial interference was found Tuesday after a Florida Amber Alert was issued.
Bane Wheeler was found in Orlando. It is not yet known how the toddler was found.
He was last seen in the 9000 block of US Highway 19 in Port Richey, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. He was said to be in the company of his father, 30-year-old Daniel Wheeler.
The two were reportedly traveling in a 2005 black Nissan Altima with Tennessee tag 9A47V9.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said they believe Wheeler took Bane from a daycare around 10 a.m. Bane uses a nebulizer and is currently suffering from croup, the sheriff's office said.
