Drivers can expect a major shift late Friday night and into the weekend on southbound State Road 826.
Starting Saturday morning, all lanes of southbound traffic on SR-826 will be shifted to portions of the newly constructed roadway after West Flagler Street. Sunday morning is an alternate date.
Starting Friday night, drivers can expect the following changes:
Friday, June 26 (Saturday, June 27 is an alternate date) - All southbound SR 826 travel lanes will be closed at the eastbound SR 836 ramp between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Drivers continuing south on SR 826 can:
• Exit at the eastbound SR 836 exit, merge onto westbound SR 836
• Exit at NW 87 Avenue south ramp, south on NW 87 Avenue
• East on SW 8 Street to connect with the SR 826 south ramp
Southbound drivers on SR 826 wanting to exit at West Flagler Street can:
• Exit at the eastbound SR 836 exit, merge to westbound SR 836
• Exit at NW 87 Avenue south ramp, south on NW 87 Avenue
• Connect with West Flagler Street
Friday, June 26 (Saturday, June 27 is an alternate date) - The eastbound SR 836 ramps to southbound SR 826 will be close between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
Drivers can:
• Continue east on SR 836, exit at NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• South on NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• Cross West Flagler Street, right on Tamiami Canal Road to SW 8 Street
• West on SW 8 Street to access southbound SR 826

Westbound drivers on SR 836 going to southbound SR 826 can:
• Go north on SR 826, exit at NW 25 Street, go west to NW 87 Avenue
• South on NW 87 Avenue to SW 8 Street
• East on SW 8 Street to connect with the SR 826 south ramp

Eastbound drivers on West Flagler Street going to southbound SR 826 can:
• Continue east to NW 72 Avenue, turn south
• Right on Tamiami Canal Road to SW 8 Street
• West on SW 8 Street to access southbound SR 826
