It's Shark Season off the coast of Palm Beach.
There have been several stories already this week with great pictures of thousands of sharks swimming together just off shore in Palm Beach and Boynton Beach.
But when the Ocean Rescue folks in Palm Beach spotted a big group of sharks off the beach Friday morning, they closed the Midtown Beach to swimmers. The sign says it all: "No Swimming, Sharks."
The lifeguards say they will keep the beach closed to swimming until the sharks go away. That could be awhile - this is time of year that shark migrate to warmer waters and they hang out on the coastline looking for food, just like most tourists this time of year!
