A man is facing a murder charge for allegedly shooting another man to death in broad daylight at an apartment complex in Miami last month.
Marcus Flagg, 25, was arrested Tuesday on a second-degree murder charge in the June 13 killing of 24-year-old Gregory Lee Latson, according to an arrest report.
Latson was found with multiple gunshot wounds around 2:15 p.m. outside the complex in the 300 block of Northwest 22nd Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the report, a witness saw Flagg shoot Latson two or three times, causing Latson to fall to the ground. As Latson was trying to get up, the witness said Flagg shot him three more times in the back, according to the report.
Flagg appeared in court Wednesday, where he was ordered held without bond. Attorney information wasn't available.
