SeaWorld Orlando's 200-foot-tall Mako is debuting on Friday with speeds up to 73 miles per hour.

The ride is the fifth coaster at SeaWorld Orlando.

It anchors a two-acre realm called Shark Wreck Reef, which also includes a shark encounter attraction, educational exhibits and dining and shopping outlets.

The ride takes roughly three minutes to complete, and almost 50 percent of it is over a body of water. Mako is the first new roller coaster at the park since 2009.
