Cellphone video showed massive flooding and cars stuck in the water Tuesday in a Miami neighborhood after heavy rains moved into the area.
A viewer told NBC 6 he spotted the flooding at around 2 p.m. in Edgewater.
The video showed water spewing from the street and cars halfway submerged in the water.
City of Miami Fire Rescue responded to the scene.
