Jury: No Charges for Tony Stewart

A jury has decided not to charge NASCAR champion Tony Stewart in the death of 20-year-old Kevin Ward, who prosecutors said was under the influence of marijuana when he was killed, NBC News reported. Ward was killed at the Canandaigua Motor Speedway in Upstate New York on Aug. 9 when the race car Stewart was driving struck him. Ward had climbed out of his car to confront Stewart when he was hit. At a news conference on Wednesday, Ontario County District Attorney Michael Tantillo said Ward had marijuana in his system at the time of his death.
