Tick...tock....tick....tock. Mercifully there's less than a week left before this entire L'Affair Beckham becomes a moot issue. By next Monday (March 9) we'll finally know whether or not the Englishman will remain in Italy with AC Milan or return to the Los Angeles Galaxy on the eve of the new MLS season.
Tuesday the latest turn in the on-going, and frankly tedious, saga came out that Milan might figure out a way to extend Beckham's loan until the end of the Serie A season in June, though the club is refuting that claim. There is also speculation that Beckham would then return to Milan in January 2010 after a buyout in his Galaxy contract is triggered.
