North Miami Police have arrested a man in connection to the fatal shooting of an apartment complex security guard last Sunday.
Loudy Joseph, 21, is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 30-year-old Vinel Lamour.
Police responded to the Center Court Apartments at 14899 NE 18th Avenue around 1 a.m. on January 25th. Officers found Lamour on the floor of the guardhouse with a gunshot wound.
It is unclear whether Joseph has an attorney.
