Weather wise, it will be a dry and humid day across the area with high temps reaching the mid-80s

No. 1 – A portion of I-75 in West Broward was shut down after a wrong way crash along that claimed the life of one driver and sent three other people to the hospital.

FHP officials say the crash occurred in the northbound lanes near Weston just east of US-27 shortly before midnight. It’s not clear if alcohol played a role in the crash.

No. 2 – Cesar Sayoc will go before a federal judge in New York City this morning. The South Florida man already faces charges here linked to last month's politically charged attempted mail bombings.

No. 3 – Police in Allapattah are on the lookout for 44 year old Felipe Valdelamar as detectives say he's responsible for a violent hit and run that left a man dead earlier this week.

No. 4 – This morning the remains of Major Brent Taylor are now on American soil and will soon return to his Utah hometown. The service member and mayor was killed in an insider attack in Afghanistan this past weekend. He leaves behind a wife and seven children.
