A school bus driver from Homestead was arrested on sexual battery charges after police say he raped a 4-year-old boy on the way to school.
Noel de Jesus Cisne, 58, appeared in Miami-Dade court Wednesday where he was ordered held without bond.
According to a police report, Cisne was driving the young boy to school Monday when he pulled the bus over, pulled the boy's pants down and sexually assaulted him.
The report said Cisne was the victim's "private bus driver," but didn't say what school the boy attended.
It was unknown whether Cisne has an attorney.
